⚠️ Safety & Warnings

Severity: Severe

Adverse Effects:
Gastritis, dyspepsia, edema, elevated liver enzymes, renal function decline
RARE: GI bleeding, CV risk (MI/stroke) higher than ibuprofen

Contraindications:
Active peptic ulcer/bleed, severe renal/hepatic impairment, recent MI or advanced heart failure

Precautions:
Elderly, dehydration, concomitant corticosteroids (↑ GI bleed), hypertension, ischemic heart disease
