Adverse Effects:
Diarrhea, rash, elevated LFTs (more likely than amoxicillin alone), cholestatic jaundice
Contraindications:
Penicillin allergy, prior cholestatic jaundice with this drug
Precautions:
Higher GI intolerance than amoxicillin; monitor LFTs if prolonged course
