Adverse Effects:
Severe gastric ulceration, GI bleed, edema, renal worsening, rash (including SJS/TEN)

Contraindications:
Prior NSAID-induced GI bleed, active ulcer, severe renal/hepatic impairment, pregnancy (3rd trimester)

Precautions:
Use lowest effective dose; avoid concurrent NSAIDs; caution in elderly and dehydration
